Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns for unopened, factory-sealed vinyl records and CD albums in their original condition.
Opening a sealed product to reveal or exchange a different mystery or randomly assigned vinyl variant is not eligible for a return or refund.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will gladly arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution. No restocking fees apply. Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
